so evidently when I asked for a friday appointment, that meant a monday appointment. I was supposed to go in this coming monday, not today. I rescheduled the appointment for the 4th.

I’ve got ddr set to max stage 5 and event mode on, so I don’t have to edit my preferences (reversed arrows, 1.5 speed with boost) every time I finish a round. At the end of each round, it tells me how many calories I burned for all 5 songs total. I’ve been getting in the 100s for each round, and I do 5 rounds of 5, so with 100+ on each round I’m getting more calories burned. woot! in order to do that effectively though I have to pick songs that are not only hard, but not hard to the point that I give up half-way ![]()

I’m still looking for more songs. Kick the Can does about 30 calories, but I don’t really like the song or the steps. Wild Rush on heavy does about 22 or so, probably 25 if you don’t miss lots of steps
321 stars also does about 25 calories, but I don’t particularly enjoy that song either. Tsugaru is a definite fave, almost 30 calories, but every time I play that song the baby wakes up
anyway!
